Compassionate Trauma Therapy is based on the principles of Compassionate Inquiry, which is a psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté, designed to help individuals uncover and understand the underlying emotional and psychological roots of their issues. This method emphasizes empathy, presence, and deep listening, enabling clients to connect with their authentic selves and heal past traumas and overcome obstacles or physical sickness they are experiencing in their lives. Through this approach, individuals can gain insight into their subconscious patterns and beliefs, fostering profound self-awareness and transformation.

Intention
Each session begins with deep and attentive listening. The facilitator creates a safe and empathetic space where you feel heard and understood. This foundational step sets the tone for the entire session, allowing you to open up and share your inner experiences without fear of judgment.
Inner Experience
The heart of the session involves a thoughtful exploration of your inner world. Through gentle and insightful questioning, the facilitator guides you to delve into your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations. This process helps to bring unconscious material to the surface, providing clarity and insight into your emotional landscape.
Subconscious Patterns
As the session progresses, the facilitator assists you in identifying and understanding the subconscious patterns and beliefs that shape your behavior and emotions. By bringing these hidden influences into awareness, you gain a deeper understanding of how they impact your life, paving the way for meaningful change.
Integration
The final component focuses on healing and integration. Here, you work through past traumas and emotional wounds, with the facilitator supporting you in integrating newfound insights and perspectives. This phase is crucial for fostering personal growth and ensuring that the benefits of the session lead to lasting transformation and well-being.

Cecília is a certified holistic health and transformation coach, Compassionate Inquiry graduate and sound therapist.
My journey into the realm of holistic healing is marked by a profound personal transformation and a deep commitment to understanding the intricate connections between mind, body, and spirit. My wisdom comes from nine (9) years of my own immersive personal work and over €25.000 of investments into my own healing and personal development with some of the most impressive and renowned teachers in the healing and self-development space, including dr. Gabor Maté, Joshua Rosenthal, Peter Levine.

Throughout my healing journey, I have explored various modalities, including family constellation, theta healing, talk therapy, bodywork, plant medicine journeys and many more modalities. Each contributed to my growth, yet none provided as deep and profound a transformation as my training in Compassionate Inquiry.
