Refund Policy: Cancellations made within the 72-hour window may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days. 4. No-Shows: Failure to notify us of a cancellation within the specified time frame may result in the forfeiture of your payment or deposit. 5.
