MEET YOUR MENTOR
I’m a certified holistic health and transformation coach, a Compassionate Inquiry graduate trained by Dr. Gabor Maté, and a sound therapist devoted to integrative healing.
My approach is rooted in lived experience. I’ve spent the past 10 years immersed in my own healing, investing deeply in training, mentorship, and self-inquiry. My path has included studies with world-renowned teachers like Gabor Maté, Peter Levine, and Joshua Rosenthal, and personal work across modalities: plant medicine, bodywork, family constellation, somatic therapy, and more.
I don’t offer a one-size-fits-all method.
I offer a grounded, intuitive, and multidimensional space, where we work with the emotional, physical, and energetic layers of your being.
Through tools like EFT, sound, somatic practices, and trauma-informed reflection, I’ll support you in coming back to your own rhythm, clarity, and radiance: at your pace, and in your way.
